Disney Finds Director for “Maleficent”

Now this is a movie that can be really awesome or really atrocious in its execution. But I'm interested, nonetheless, and I think I'll try to keep up on news relating to this project. I think it's interesting that they are doing this in a live-action format rather than an animated film.

Damn, this is an incredibly tempting offer. I doubt I would be able to be selected - there will probably be at least a couple hundred thousand people trying to get in on this - but the possibilities...

This puzzles me. Did this 61 year old man suddenly contract an illness and die? or was he chronically ill for a long time? It seems to be the former, but if it's the latter... then how did he and his wife get approval to adopt?
