Saturday night's alright for.... photographing big rotating things

60009 was in town on Saturday.

Pics only cropped - haven't done any real processing on them yet (partly 'cos I wanted to see what the new camera does!)

Later on... the wheel looks good at night!

The wheel does look 100% better when it's illuminated like that. We only discovered yesterday that you can glimpse one section of it from Scarcroft Road. Still not getting me up there, though...;)

Ah, trains. My partner asked me nicely to list some models that he wanted to sell on Ebay for him, but unfortunately I didn't speak steam looney, sorry, enthusiast fluently enough to be able to do it without help!
