Glad to hear that the busted pipes were resolved so well, that is the kind of thing that scares me about my plans :-S

Something has moved in between the walls again at my parents house for the winter, again. Maybe a possum or raccoon. Sure is noisy. I hear the sound of tearing paper up there.

It is bound to happen sooner or later in a home you own, or at least something similar is. But warrenties and insurance help a lot - and you don't have to worry about how long it will take the land lord to do something about it.

Out of curiosity, what company is the home warranty with?

Fidelity. And so far I them a lot. We had to have the guy come back out today because sometimes when you repair one leak, another appears and everyone has still been very nice to deal with. Now I think it's all fixed, but we're leaving the wall open a few more days to check.
