Happy mediums are good. Plus, technically, there are good stressors and bad stressors. We just tend to focus on the bad stressors more, understandably. But, I, personally, try to maintain balance...right now, I'm trying to FIND balance again...but that's a whole other ramble. ;)
I find that the more stressed out I am, the better I'm able to consume foods I'm allergic to without ill effects.. like nuts and cheese. The downside to that is that chocolate consumption isn't as enjoyable, nor does it make me feel good.
