Team meetings at Clarks are very interesting. Nick tries to force-feed me doughnuts and there are jokes about shoes functioning as bongs, but somehow we still manage to get everything done and learn what we have to. People are coming for an inspection, so that should be interesting.

It takes a very special type of parent to kick their daughter out of the house the night after she graduates (to say nothing of the horrid twenty-four hours leading up to it.)

1. For jeans, I am now a size one. I would be a size zero if my hipbones didn't curve. And there's virtually no flesh left on said hipbones; it's just the natural shape. All my jeans look horrible on me now. I found a pair of jeans I really wanted, but I just don't have the money.

1. Prom was yesterday. I didn't go to the actual dance because I could either afford tickets or dinner, and I would rather have had dinner. The day was a lot of fun, though. Big city, bright lights
Little Shop was grandly predictable, but I enjoyed it. The singing was wonderful, the dancing was hilariously bad, and the boy who voiced the plant was phenomenal. My school newspaper has a college spotlight every year, and I was one of the people chosen. One of the questions was how many AP classes I've taken, and it probably says something about me that I don't actually know. I think ten, but for some reason that feels too few. One of the worst things about me is that I wish I could heal every misery in the world. That probably sounds like a good thing, except for the part where I can't help anyone at all. My sore throats don't usually last, but this one sure has. I probably shouldn't have gone to Nikki's birthday party in this condition, given that the first half consisted of playing in the park, getting mud soaked through my jeans and playing Red Rover for the first time in my life, but it was tons of fun.
