Not to be blunt, but I'm kind of fat. And I have a very large bust, so it's hard for me to find clothes that fit properly without being too revealing. I like long flowy shirts, and they aren't exactly in style anymore, so i like keeping the ones I have.
the only thing I actually go out and buy is work pants, because I go through them like crazy. I have to get at least 3 or 4 pairs a year. When usually I have pants for years.
I still have 7 or 8 year old pairs of shoes and jeans that still fit me though. Haven't grown much thankfully.
Awwww. <3 Clothing in general doesn't fit most people. :| I like longer shirts as well, along with metallic abstract prints, and that's like, so 2003. -______-
It's pretty much impossible for me to get shoes that actually fit my feet, because my feet are size 6 lengthwise but size 8 widthwise. :|
I'm actually mending one right now that's about 4 years old. It has flowers and butterflies coming up from the bottom of the shirt and the shoulders are black. It's one of my favorites. I wear so much black at work I only wear bright colors at home. I think the darkest color I wear at home is blue jeans and some dark brown shirts and shorts.
I'm lucky with my feet. 8 1/2 wides almost always fit me. Unless it's high heels. Which I don't wear so I don't care.
The hardest time I have is with my bust. They just don't make proper shirts to fit DDs. Everything that looks nice is really revealing. Just because my breasts are big doesn't mean I want them showing every which way.
I actually took it from my sister. She throws clothes out every couple years. Like a bunch. And she's bigger and taller than me, so most of them just look a little baggy on me. Which I don't mind. So yeah. I wear a LOT of hand me downs.
I need to find more. Charity shops are either good or bad. I wear weird sizes in just about everything, so it's harder to find in charity stores than in retail.
I cant remeber when I paid full price for any clothes. MY goodwill here is alsome - just had dollar days (all clothes for a buck each!)
Same here with fixing clothes it a can. I am now shorter the my younger sister and she goes through her clothes every 6 months or so. I get tons of things from her.
