A huge ship similar to a floating town stuffed with complicated techniques and electronic equipment drifts in the midst of an ocean. It's free of people, and most important - free of their influence. This set was recorded at Wire, a small basement club in Leeds. The sound was just right for the space, loud and punchy, with strong bass where you needed it. Before my set the temperature increased as bodies packed the dancefloor. I felt relaxed as I played that night ( Read more... )

Mondegreen (which means; the mishearing or misinterpretation of a phrase) is the title of an outstanding album by Concrete Cookie & The Maggot Farmer. Both new names to me but after some research I found out they have been around for a long time. They met up in 1996 and have been busy since.
