Yeesssss to all the lovely stuff about Sam and Dean.

I am still having to be thinky about the Ash and Pamela bits. Hmmm. I sort of loved that Ash showed up and I want it to have been all him being awesome in heaven with his genius brain.

There. At the end. HOLY EFFING CRAP. O_O

I think you might be right. *whimper* I...I...

To be perfectly honest, there's points that lead in both directions. I really think it was Ash and Pam, but I don't think I can get away with believing that there wasn't something there working to sway Dean's mind. Some people are reading it as Zach running the whole show in the Roadhouse. *shakes head* I don't think that. But there are visual cues that what is said there about Heaven, especially from Pam, is not the most healthy thing in the world... and we already knew that, too. So, all in all, yes, Ash is awesome, Pam is just as lovably weird as ever, and HOLY EFFING CRAP!

Sam never thought of it like that. He thought he was being just like his big brother.

AHHHH brain melty and heart crumbling!

except wait...

OOOOH GURL. Omg that makes perfect sense, holy crap.

Doesn't it? They were both doing the same thing!

Sam didn't get a taste of that constant, "everyone around me dies or leaves me", life of Dean's until after Jessica.

I think their camaraderie and love for each other worked against them, there: all of their other shared struggles prevented them from realizing that one glaring difference (in how they looked at leaving each other) before now.

OH BOYS

Oh that theory! Now, if show wanted to be super clever (and sometimes they do and sometimes they don't), they'd roll that one out. If Dean supposedly did not see his mom die, and John never spoke of it, then how would he know what she looked like at her death?

And how did Dean know to go back in to Sam's apartment in Stanford?

Love your brain!

I am on board with this theory.

However, to play devil's advocate: If Dean supposedly did not see his mom die, and John never spoke of it, then how would he know what she looked like at her death?

He did see Jess die, right? Nightgown and bloody gash and flames and all.

I'm still on board with the nightmare theory. It explains that WHOLE SCENE. *flails*

Oh, it could totally be that there wasn't much left to see of Jess by the time Dean got in there; and he was much more concerned with getting Sam the hell out of the BURNING ROOM, so. *g*

Azazel never told Sam how his mother died, only that she and Jess were in his way, right?

Well, this has no bearing on Dean, but Sam got the full-color image of Mary's death in ABHL pt. 1. Which we don't think Sam told Dean about, right? Unless I'm spacing something from the past 3 seasons, which I could very well be.

I don't think you have to unsee it, because I think you might be right. OMG.

Let's just say that both hands flew up to cover the giant hole that appeared in my face.

Does Show see what it did there? I have no idea.

LIKE THAT WOULD STOP ME. LOL
