srsly. And this story reminded me of a similar ruled "suicide" about a couple of years ago. An older black man was found hung over the hood of his truck--he was investigating some dispute over family land. I should dig up the article--because the m.o. was the same--with the sheriff covering up--or even possibly doing the deed.

I just hope that with the case transferring to the state police--or even the feds would help somehow.

well you know well that we black folks have amazing superhuman powers. so obviously, shooting ourselves, self- hanging, etc., that's just part of our amazing god given special black package, like always being talented singers, dancers, or chicken fryers.
