His fingers twitched as they showed a crying Cristiano Ronaldo being led off the pitch. He wanted to reach out, touch the screen, make the tears go away and offer sort of comfort. Seeing Cristiano like this, made his heart ache and he bit his lips.
Well, nobody can resist a weeping Cristiano Ronaldo... He!

For some reason I really love the bit about Arjen inhaling the familiar scent of Armani aftershave and Cristiano’s own fragrance. Armani seems just so very fitting. Also I'm such a detail whore. :)
Really liked it how you managed to convey that they deeply care about each other without making their injuries a big deal because I don't think they'd do that. Although.... maybe Cristiano would. ;)
The bit about Cristiano's hair. Realized it a bit late but obviously he didn't have that much/any gel in his hair in the last match against France - and it looks so very beautiful and vulnarabel (see the user pic)... So thanks for the hair bit. :D

Umm, that is my line. :D Thank you! First of all for reading and secondly for the awesome feedback. *smiles*

I included the Armani aftershave as Cristiano said it was his favorite. ;)

About the hair bit, I didn't think so much about Cristiano having it freshly styled or whatever. He just hates it when people touch his hair(yep, he said that himself), I figured he wouldn't care if Arjen or anyone of his teammates messed with it but I had to have him tease Arjen about it.

I totally believe that he doesn't like people touching his hair. Probably spends hours on it. But at least it looks good in the end. :)

Wow, It's absolutly great how you can write fics about them over and over again and always make it new and soo not boring or whatever!! It's just as hot as the first time, please do not stop writing them!

Thank you! I'm so relieved hearing you say that fics with them aren't boring. Everytime I write those two, I keep wondering if I haven't written that before or if the new fic just sounds like an old one. And I have no intention to stop writing them, they are after all a comfort pairing for me, if I feel down and just write those two it usually cheers me up. :)
