I’m taking an Alcatraz tour tomorrow (the one thing I wanted to do most last year when I was here for Baycon and got skunked by a bunch of Germans buying up all the tickets. I still haven’t fully forgiven my Teutonic fellow travelers for that), plus moving over to the Marriott

Ooohhhh- Alcatraz! I keep picturing you on a boat full of German tourists, all of whom are glaring at you, because they h ad leave one person from their own party behind since you bought an advanced ticket...

Al-ca-traazzz...

You get on that tour you can totally do Eddie Izzard's Alcatraz bit (at the beginning of his Dressed to Kill dvd, so funny). Which, of course, consists mostly of observing and making fun of the passengers on the trolley (whatever they call it in San Francisco, the name escapes me right now) that is heading to Alcatraz. Also, saying "prisoners coming," every time the driver rings the bell.
