Really late comment - I only started watching The West Wing recently, but I've been hunting down fic (particularly Sam-centric fic, because the more I see of the show, the fonder I become of him) like mad, but I really enjoyed this, particularly the flashbacks.

One little nitpick, though: there's no specific US History major offered at Princeton, just plain History (though you could certainly do your senior thesis on a US History topic), nor (as I understand it) the option of a double minor. (The only reason I know these things is that I grew up in the town; my dad works at the university, and continually shoved publications on Princeton's undergraduate program at me when he was trying to get me to apply there. :P)
