Why are people so RUDE!! Especially when you have to work with them! Today in a meeting I was giving an update and was asked a question. Well as I was answering the woman who asked me decides that she wants to flex her muscles and gets all snippy with me out of the blue. Now I've witness her do this before. I totally relate to your situation--there are so many rude people I work with too! I don't get how people who completely lack social skills get into responsible professional positions.

By the way, I remember you from WC. I really like your screen name--probably because it describes me, too! Only I wish I could spend more time as a "Hamptonian" and less time as a "Brooklynite" (although I do really love Brooklyn).

Cool! I love it when I find more WC people. Did you grow up in Hampton or are you a fellow Hamptonian? If so what year did you graduate? you would be the 3rd hamptonian that i've meet thru WC/LJ. I must confess that my name is a little misleading as I no longer live in NY. My roots are still there, family and all but now I reside in DC. However I just can't claim this city as my home yet.
