So I had a crazy asylum fic idea. I think I may do it for HIMYM considering I don't see many insanity AUs (or maybe I just can't find them, hmm...) and I need to actually start writing official fics for this fandom.

So anyway, I think this idea comes from the fact that I nightmare fueled myself with this video:

I don't think I really understand the video! But the story idea is sound. I mean, within HIMYM canon you have GNB, who we know are an evil corporation and could be getting up to pretty much anything. And who knows what they might have done to Barney after his bus crash.

Or then, as a crossover, you have a bunch of "mad scientists" - Dollhouse, Dr Horrible...

Mind screw fics are always the funiest :D

But isn't always saddest when the most horrific things happen to the child or childlike character and they don't realize it at all?

Besides, being in the HIMYM and I still haven't published a fic, I feel lazy, haha :)
