Fantastic prompt, and I really enjoyed your fill. And... kind of a metaphor for how married men/folks change in general, if I'm not mistaken, to become much less exciting than they used to be...

That was certainly something I thought about while writing the story! Heh. And about how many Disney movies and romances etc. focus on the getting-together and not the follow-up, especially when the people getting together barely know each other.
