Almost one year ago, I posted this entry and in it I asked for you, the friends, to suggest one movie "that everyone should watch." Katie and I have watched most of the ones suggested.
The Blues Brothers is one of the first formative movies of my youth--I first saw it at about the age of 5. It is good that you will see it soon, and I can't believe it's taken you that long. Another formative childhood movie for me was The Muppet Movie, so if you haven't seen that one, you should.
I've already seen your recommended movie, so I'm safe there. :)
(Your first link goes to Blade instead of your old entry, BTW.)
To me, there are only three Muppet Movies worth watching--the original, Muppet Caper, and Muppets take Manhattan. I wonder if the newer ones didn't come out after I was too old to truly create that life long love. I feel the same way about A Christmas Story though--in my house, we watched Home Alone.

Yeah, with David Lynch it's probably hit or miss if you'll like it.
Blade Runner was odd, not great, but decent. I liked all the Blade movies.
V for Vandetta was great.

I seriously am having trouble understanding that you didn't like Blade Runner.
So, my question to you - is Deckard a replicant?
