See, but it was so brilliant, storywise, that she didn't. The kiss isn't the kiss that wakes Snow White, it puts her to sleep. But the kiss did *save* her, it saved her soul. I mean, it was sad, but if she'd gone from flatline to heartbeat again it wouldn't have had the same resonance for me.
Come to think of it, didn't I already have Sam's take on Snow White and dwarfs and kisses breaking curses and whatnot in Verbal? OMG, Kripke -- GET OUT OF MY BRAIN.
The sewing scissors were freakin' BRILLIANT. I'm not one for the upped gore this season, but if you were going to go for it -- c'mon. Huntsman? Cutting open a BBW? Throw the girl a bone, Kripke. Jeez.
Um, and yes. Someone write me a convincing Dean as Snow White. Now.
I linked this in my own reaction post (and so feel extra whorish), and I completely forget where you stand on Sam/Dean, but here, with red cheeked, fair skinned Dean, Sam on a horse, and an envious, yellow eyed queen.
Why, thanks. There's room for more than one re-telling of a fairy tale however, so I'm content to see this version. And how nice was it to hear Dean say he was going after a Big Bad Wolf?!! I SQUEEEEEEEEELED. Like a six year old girl, I tell you.
By the way, considering how the "Lower Mainland" (heh) housing market has gone BUST, yeah, all the housing developments/real estate deals/home appraisals clearly are kinda eeeeevil.
Jeesus. I haven't been paying attention. Has it gone bust? Really? Gotta check that out. But still, every housing development in this show is to be avoided, I tell you.
I'm still tickled that they can find so many crossroads that can be dug up with your bare hands. A miracle, that.
Most excellent. LITTLE RED RIDING HOOD. We got a Wolf. And he’s quite nasty. See, there’s the bedside story - huntsman. Wolf’s belly getting cut open. I couldn’t make this stuff up, Kripke. Really, I couldn't.
Dean vs. the Big Bad Wolf is made of win and ha ha ha, gosh, where I have a seen that before, let's see...hmmm...:D
Yes! I was thinking of IMToD too, angry spirit caught in between and hurting people.
And I loved their shouting match in the beginning and Dean saying Sam should let him go and...and...and Sam is such a scary scary badass.
I tell ya, Sam's hitting all the right marks this season so far. It's nice to see *wipes proud tear from her eye*. Almost makes up for the hackneyed structure. I keep wishing for Dean to remember his time in a coma, but I think the train's left that station. Still, shouting and hospital scenes...damn fine stuff.

See? That was so EASY. I gotta ask for things more often, obviously.

What cartoons did you have Dean watching in 'Old Rebel Yeller'? Was it the Coyote and Roadrunner?

What's your point?
I tell you, if they have Abracapocus anytime soon, I'm writing Kripke.
