Funnily enough, despite having been saying that the release date for RB2 on PS2 was today up until yesterday, Play.com are now telling me they don't yet have stock and are not sure when they will have.

*snarl*

The AC/DC pack for RockBand arrived yesterday... only it doesn't actually seem to work properly. Text is blurred/distorted and it seems not to recognise the drum's kick pedal quite a lot of the (and no, tests suggest this isn't just me being incompetent). Finally, finally knocked Green Grass and High Tides on the head, with the modified rfrancis technique (realise you need overdrive badly at the start of the fast bit, having built a lot of it up, and then hit things a LOT for another five minutes)

Back to the grindstone today, although not an especially scratchy grindstone; it was busy but not manic, which was a reasonable easing-in to the world of work, since I'd been off since Christmas Eve ( Read more... )
