This time last year, I was knee deep in holiday knitting. Remember that? Remember four sweaters in nine weeks? Remember the exhilaration, the pure giddy thrill of madness? The knitting all-nighters? Remember how that project cost me not only my sanity, but any possible shred of Holiday Spirit? I do.

What I think you really need is an seasonally-themed embroidered vest, tho'. Just saying, is all.

I must make a trip to the hacienda to see this. I plan to completely covered in tinsel and filled to the brim with baked goods that contain things like "pumpkin pie spice."

I also want to know, if you are going to be all Christmas-y...does that leave me off the hook?

I've been able to restrain myself so far, but all bets are off once the last visitor leaves on Thanksgiving. ("Bye, Grams! Aaaaaaaand okay. You, go get the Spray Snow! You, start inflating the eight foot Frosty. Let's move, people.")
