Mary agonized over her choices before finally picking out a dress for tonight's date with Drake. She was a little nervous. Murdock finally arrived home after doing his class and some other stuff which the mun hasn't done any posts for, lol and absently nodded at Mary.

"Heya Mary."

He stopped, blinked and did a double-take.

"Uh... somethin' goin' on?"

'Cause what was up with that dress?

"Yeah, I'm going out for dinner tonight," Mary said casually, peeking out the window to see if her date had arrived yet.

He eyed her dress again, wondering how or even if he should say anything.

"Erm... is that," he waved a hand at her, "supposed to be like that?"

It seemed like something (a lot of something) was missing.

Drake showed up promptly on time and knocked on the door, bouquet of flowers in hand.
