OK, now I'm righteously pissed....
However long ago (maybe even 10 years) I signed up for HBF health insurance. As part of it I wanted full dental coverage and believed I communicated that fact. It would seem that they enrolled me for, and have been charging me for general dental and not major dental. I got to find this out today when I presented ( Read more... )
