last night i painted my nails. they are red and i looked at them all day today. i think stacey thinks i am the weirdest person ever.

it just started raining. i love the rain. i made a few new icons. they happen to be quite low in quality and they're sort of goofy but i think that fits me perfectly. =P maybe you'll like them.

today is the first day of vacation.

you know how if it's 12:45, people say that it's "quarter to one"? well doesn't it go along with that train of thought so say that 12:40 would be a "third to one" and 12:30 "half to one" and so forth? for that matter, why isn't 12:15  "three quarters of one" or "half of a quarter to one"?
