vandalize 1. Clean your face.
2. Pour some Extra Virgin Olive Oil ( EVOO) into a small cup/cap
3. Take a Q-Tip and dip it into the EVOO.
4. With the saturated tip, rub the EVOO onto your eyelashes as you would do or mascara. Don't put so much on that it is dripping but so much as you can see the oil glistening.
I read her thread about simply using a cotton swab soaked in extra virgin olive oil will help your lashes grow. Her results were amazing. I already knew that you can use extra virgin olive oil for nearly everything on your body and since we had jugs and jugs of it at home, I really had nothing to lose. Today is my 4th day and my lashes look at least 1/3 of their length longer. There's definitely an a crazy noticeable improvement. I should take a before picture now to compare later.
I'm not sure if she's still on this regime but she posted a tutorial where her lashes looked even longer:
It's a lot cheaper and more beneficial than Latisse which I've read can darker your lids and iris. I really think everyone should give this a try.
BTW: The Shiseido lash curler is godsend. I've heated up curlers and even used hairspray on a cotton swab to keep my lashes curled. Nothing has ever worked. I went for this instead of the Shu Uemura one because you can actually replace the pads on the Shiseido one. The only downfall is that it probably works better on Asians, or so I've read. The curler is a lot flatter and reviewers have complained about pinching their eyelids with this. You guys should try it out in the store, if it doesn't pinch your eyelids, do give it a try! I used it over my mascara and applied barely any pressure and it remained curled five hours later even after I slaughter my eye with olive oil to remove my make up. I have really stubborn lashes and this item makes me confident enough to insist that everybody try it. That's quite a claim for me!
