1) Dove Moisturizing Shampoo and Conditioner - doesn't dry out my hair, or leave build-up like most things I've tried, it has a great scent, and my fiancee (who is now 2,000+ miles away) uses it so it reminds me of him.

2) I love Curel Continuous Moisture Fragrance Free for an every kind of lotion, though for really intense hand moisturizer I use Eucerin Moisturizing Creme with some vitamin-E nail/cuticle oil.

3) I hate beauty/fashion magazines because they're all repetitive. Just follow some simple, common tips and you're doing good. ;)

1) Herbal Essances Citrus Splash for normal hair.... best damn conditioner EVER MADE.... and they discontinued it :'( It gave decient body without covering your hair in gunk, had a good scent and as a good price.

2) Lubiderm extra dry... nothing more effective in the world that ive found. I use it on my hands and occasionally face if ive been out biking in very cold/dry weather.

1. Thermasilk Smooth and Silky for both. It makes my hair feel soft and doesn't dry my hair out, even if I have to shampoo two days in a row.

2. Hand lotion is Vaseline Healthy Skin Enhancer because it smells great and moisturizes without feeling greasy. Face lotion is Dove Day Lotion because it's light but effective.

3. Glamour! Good balance of beauty, fashion, current events, personal stories, sex, and other necessities. I've subscribed for all of my adult life. I definitely recommend it.

I like the Biolage color care line...very gentle on my bright red hair (and dyed red hair is IMPOSSIBLE to keep!)

I don't use hand lotion but the BEST face lotion (I assume you mean moisturizer?) is Lancome's Aqua Fusion. It's incredibly lightweight, quick drying, smells great and has SPF.

-If you read magazines, your favorite beauty/fashion one & why & do you reccomend it?
Vogue & Elle are the best, they are actually fashion oriented. I especially adore Vogue because it interesting articles on the fashion elite and also on world issues.

I'm really loving the shampoos and conditioners by Arbonne right now. They're all-natural, botanically based products so they don't leave a bunch of junk on your hair like most conditioners do, and they don't strip your hair like most shampoos do. It took me about 4 washings to adjust but now my hair is healthier and more manageable than ever. :)

Hand lotion: Either Jergen's Ultra Moisturizing, or Arbonne Baby body lotion.
Face Lotion: I don't use any, I use the OCM for cleaning my face so I guess just olive oil? :)

Allure is a good magazine because it shows one lots and lots of products one might not normally come across.

I don't use *anything* by them that's scented in any way because twice *something* in one of the scented soaps or something gave me insane migraines (I think it might have been the ginger-citrus something or other?). :/ Sad, cuz the stuff is awesome. heh
