Hm..I mean the setting to your Zune/PS icon in you desktop XDD it's so cute floating around the desktop like that..also I like the note, sticky note is, well I don't quite like the design and such XDD it's more tidy and clean the way you do it..
I wonder is it a custom program or something

Oh, that! Well first you have to download RocketDocket. Then I went to deviantart and downloaded customizable icons for it. (: Like those white ones you see and the sketch ones as well (for my last two layouts; one of which I have forgotten to add, hahah). The notes thing is actually something else called rainmeter. It can be kind of complicated but I have seen some really great desktops with it. After my Bleach wallpaper I hid everything on rainmeter because I just wanted my RocketDocket to be seen.♥
