I like Bruce doing a bit of blessings-counting, and it fits that he wouldn't want one of his proteges to be relying on luck when he can nag at them to train more (that seems to be a recurring theme for this prompt!). A good read!

I like that Bruce admits that there is luck in the world in Terry, though he's back to being no-nonsense-Bruce when it comes to training and ordering Terry around. Terry's line about showing up tomorrow after getting kicked out is amusing. The kid tortures himself. Love Barbara's comment about them fighting like an old married couple.
