I didn't know Sara Gilbert was gay--and gave birth a year ago to a daughter. Her partner, Allison Adler, gave birth to a son a few years earlier. Nothing like mothers loving mothers!

I haven't floated away...yet. Gustav stalled out as a tropical storm here. What winds we had manifested last night; today, tomorrow, and Thursday nothing but rain. Gustav is heading our way--probably first wave tonight. It is already cloudy and the wind has picked up. I'll probably have massive leaks and flooding as I had when Rita came through 3 years ago.
