Some exciting music is scheduled for Artscape weekend. Yeah, it's sticky and crowded, but it's also free. Lupe Fiasco was sweet last year. And here's what I plan to hear this year:

I know not what Rusted Root sounds like, but I did NOT forget Joan Jett.

Yes well, I don't think enough can be said about Joan Jett at Artscape. Rusted Root is a band hippie's like. Although some of their songs get stuck in my head. I saw them once. I went to see the opening band. You might remember me telling you about the show where the hippie girl LIT MY HAIR ON FIRE with her cigarette.....

I am working at our booth again this year, which means probable sweet VIP lounge passes & freebies! The only people I'm kind of interested in seeing are at the same time- Joan Jett & Roberta Flack. But I'll have fun even if there's no one I'm excited to see, like last year & the Old 97's.
