I've been meaning to do this for a while, but I've finally posted all my fics to AO3. Well, not all of them, but the ones I'm not too embarrassed about :P But still, almost all of them, even the ones from 2006. It seems like ages ago. And it makes me want to write fics again. Yay! Funnily enough, I was thinking about the Remus/Sirius AU in the care home this morning. I haven't got a clue why, but I was remembering the scene where Sirius asks Remus if he was there to see what might have been or what he had to look forward to.

Coincidence? I think not!

Just dropped by and read your Harry Potter fanfics - they're seriously awesome, especially the one about drug rehab! And what an interesting idea to transport the characters into a non-magical AU. I would've thought that supernatural abilities are the main/defining part of the characters (I find the mundane world so annoying that I often do the opposite - sneak the magic where it doesn't belong ;), but you proved that taking the magic away still leaves full-fledged humans, realistic, passionate and quite recognizable in spite of the completely different environment.

Makes me want to write again, too... :( and maybe even post something outside of my blog? How do you think this AO3 site compares to fanfiction.net? (besides the appearance, which is definitely cleaner and neater). On the other hand, they claim that their goal is to preserve the works for eternity, and I'm not sure that in a few years my fics wouldn't make me want to claw my eyes out...
