Have you heard the latest?

The authorities are saying the Pilot was outside the cockpit, trying to break the door down. I hate that the mind goes to terrorism. I know it's likely the co-Pilot had a massive heart attack or stroke, but why would the door be locked? Or is that SOP nowadays?
