Oh hell, it's gooey chocolatey biscuity berry-y-y p0rn!

Having clicked the link I'm lost to the dark side and need to taste these.

Only what's a Graham Cracker? Never heard of them.

Graham crackers are a tasty honey flavored cracker. I don't think they're widely available outside the US, or at least not in the UK. Digestives kind of remind me of graham crackers, but they (Digestives) are a little thicker, with more texture/less crisp and are not as sweet.

I wouldn't typically compare a graham cracker to a biscuit/cookie either, as I've seen on some forums. They're meant to be flat and crispy. But that isn't to say that you wouldn't be able to substitute a Digestive--just haven't tried it, myself!

Thanks for the help :)
I might try a mix of digestives and a lighter biscuit so it's not too dense.

Welcome to the dark side! We have these, and cookies. Heh. Piccoloakira has got it right--although I would definitely try the digestives and then add maybe an extra tablespoon or two to make up for the lack of sweetness. You could also try things like Biscoff cookies, gingersnaps, and other hard spiced cookies. Hope this helps!

3/4 stick of butter or margarine, or 3/4 cup of butter or margarine?

That should say cup. Thanks!
