Zayn and Niall (or Zayn and Liam!) attempt to DP Harry, and fail. It's too painful for Harry, not comfortable for them, and just not sexy or fun at all.

Focus on Zayn and Niall's guilt at hurting Harry, and Harry feeling like he's not good enough for them, and also feeling kind of humiliated that he had to tell them to stop. Also tears from Harry's end please.
