Because for some reason, I don't think it's Watchmen fans. I never did read the comics, but I found the movie really well done, and so I bravely went looking for fan fiction. ff.net didn't really come up with anything too sporkable, but I found a couple of websites which did. Whaaaat. As amused as I am by Ozymandias/himself, the OOCness of Rorschach is just. UGH. Seriously, he's repulsed by sex! It is all kinds of triggery for him!

LMAO The only thing this author managed to get right was the names. And really, that's not much of an achievement.

...If Rorschach was watching him all along, why did any of those events in the movie have to happen?

I have a feeling plenty of authors have already fucked up the names. Rorshack, Lorie, Night Owl, Mr. Manhattan, Ozamandeus, Mollock, though I'm not sure how someone could fuck up Dan, but know fandom, it has already happened. :/

Actually, though it wasn't in a fic, I have already seen a couple people calling him Mr. Manhattan. People who had just recently seen the movie. *headdesk*

We-ell, you can ship it. But most of said ships have been/are canon... Dan/Laurie, Jon/Laurie, Jon/Janey, Eddie/Sally...

the only non-canon one that I can think of that doesn't make me go EWWWWWW is Adrian/Dan. But that's only because of the movie.
