I just read in a vdiaries_music post that they had a Counting Crows song in the last episode. Awww! I was so into them as a teenager and still like them a lot! I'll never forget the few times they played Editors on the show, that was beyond awesome!

Believe it or not, as darling as Happy!Sleeping!Damon is, it just wasn't as clever as the Silas bit was, and I'm all about cleverness.

Not to say I'm not all about naked Damon, either, but yeah, that would come in second. Besides the other element I like about the Silas thing is that it was totally UNNECESSARY, and yet I enjoyed every second of it. ;-)

Now that I love Stefan so much, my non-love for him is a distant, but not quite vague memory. I think I will be surprised by my love for him for a long time.

I was going to post about DE, but decided to channel my love for them into fic, which you'd rather read anyway. I hope to post something by Wednesday, when I leave town for American Thanksgiving! :D

I really like what I have so far, so I'm excited to see what else happens.
