Inside the image tag, you can use the height and width properties to make it as large as you want.
< img src="location of your banner" height="*" width="*" / >
Replace each * with the # of pixels, like, height="1200" width="800". There should be no spaces between "< img" and "/ >" but you probably already know that. Let me know if that doesn't work.

I don't understand where the "image tag" info goes...oh, wait, I just uploaded it to LJ Scrapbook, is that where you're talking about? I've never done that before, but when Iinked Jenn's original posting of the image it looked bigger, so then I uploaded it to my own scrapbook.
