Yes it does for me. A LOT. @A@;; I used to cap Utorrent because its lags my internet browser before I swapped to another torrent program.
Try capping it, if it still goes haywire - try restarting the connection and if it still does lag your internet; personally I suggest to just swap to another torrent program. XD;; There's a lot out there.
Alternately, Options --> Preferences --> Bandwidth --> Set the value to "Global Download Rate Limiting"
Under Bandwidth there's 3 options: - Global Upload Rate - Global Download Rate - Number of Connections
Sometimes it may be the upload rate, try limiting that as well. Or the number of connections. Or download when you're studying...I usually turn my downloads on before I go to bed...
Will try; the download while studying bit doesn't work, because my internet goes offline when it happens. >___> Still, will keep your advice in mind, thanks~!
