You are made totally made of greatness. This lovely little chapter is just so wonderful, and sweet, and those little "aw..." moments. It's just...awesome. No other word to describe it really. After a long, tiring week of cranky people and way too much stress this story is better than a long hot bath, followed by soft pjs and hot chocolate (with mini marshmallows). Seriously, you just made my week so much better. Your Jim is pitch perfect. Loved the letters from Sam and Spock. The newsfeed is great fun as usual. Not many people can do epistolary stories so well. You manage a hard-to-write style with a grace and humor that I love. Thank you for sharing. :)

Thank you for reading. Feedback = love. It's comments like this that keep me going, for honest and true.

hard to write? really? I find it easier than straight-up fictional prose because I have a difficulty writing "and then thus and such happened" without describing it like a scientist.

I loved this, but now I'm wistful: I'm not going to make it home for Passover this year. *sigh*

I love all the brotherly bonding that went on in this installment. I got a little sniffly when Spock Prime talked about missing his Jim; it must be so hard for him, even if he does suppress his emotions.

I'm worried about Winona. I hope she'll be all right, whatever she's up to.

I love this series! And this story was quite sweet with an edge of wound cleansing.

One question though. I've been trying to find a story that had a part in it where the crew was at a planet where a disease was spreading. McCoy figured out how it spread because Jim kept washing his hands. I have 2 people who swear it's your story, but even with browing back through the summaries I can't find it. Please could you provide som direction? Thank you ever so much.

It's here at #24. For some reason the formatting was frakked and most of the header was missing.
