If you cross domestic cats with Asian Leopard Cats you get a Bengal Cat. Crossing an Abyssinian, Siamese, and American Shorthair results in an Ocicat. If you breed an Ocicat with a Bengal Cat you get a Cheetoh.

I wonder if any have been named Chester.

I used to have a Bengal - she played fetch which I thought was highly entertaining from a cat.

The chattering/chirping noises they make are awfully cute.

Does the breed require special food or checkups or anything like that?

Nothing special - just regular cat. She really liked it when I'd change her litter box. She'd jump into the box while I was pouring, roll in it and use it immediately. Very funny. She was also super enthusiastic about a new bag of cat food.

Our new kitty is spotted like that, and has extremely short, soft fur. I wonder if he's a "designer" cat? Mostly right now he's a big (small) pain in the ass LOL

He could be designed or maybe he's an Egyptian Mau. :)
