I'm sure we're not perfect, but we sure do try hard. And I can't imagine doing something that would so alienate customers. The customer service rep I spoke with today said they have been getting constant complaints.

And been one of the few competent workers in an Incompetent company, i really do feel a connection to all customers of incompetent businesses.
At least LRO is above such lunacy.
