The best of luck to you. I know what you mean about getting bored quickly doing stuff like exercise by yourself. The number of times I've tried starting an exercise/health regime and had it fall apart because I skip a day or two and that's it, it falls apart. I have better and more interesting things to do with my time than get worked up. It's the same as just about any activity including meditation and yoga. When I'm doing something with someone else it's a bit different as we can spur each other on.
I wouldn't get to obsessing too much about figures and exact numbers (like calories and your weight or anything like that). Best thing to do is just start adopting the healthy lifestyle as best you can. Don't worry about the occasional missed day so long as you can motivate yourself to get back on the horse. Do that and you'll be fine unless you're looking to get into shape for something specific (like a marathon or mountain climb or something).
There's a difference between measuring your progress maybe once a month and obsessing over it. We can potentially hinder ourselves by trying to record progress every day - far better to do this once a month or so and not at any fixed time so as not to create anxiety.
Personally, I think it's how you feel that's more important. If you feel healthier, feel fitter, etc, you probably are.
Hungaria is 8.5 per session, not sure about the rates at Sportoase or KHL. (but I'll check those)
I don't want to go when I have gym on the same day, which makes it .. hard. Give me a couple of weeks to lose some weight first, and I will keep it in my agenda.
I am definitely not planning to be in lean phase for more than a month. I intend to keep up the healthy lifestyle as long as I can manage. So far it has not been very hard, although the lack of food options is getting a bit annoying. Being a vegetarian AND eating healthy AND getting enough protein in me to build up muscle mass is a challenge.
You can still get fat while eating only healthy food. Even too much lettuce will make you put on weight (though with lettuce, you'd prolly need infinite amounts).
And just because being a bit too fat is better than yoyo-ing, its doesn't mean its good. Having a cold is better than having pneumonia doesn't mean having a cold is good.
