I'll make my small goal weights when I see tomorrow my actual weight. I'm quite afraid for that moment to come.
I have a work-out thing that I will, no matter what, start tomorrow. It's an 8 day cycle, and I'm sticking to it.

You said you needed someone to stay on your back, and I'd be happy to. I know how hard it is to stick to stuff. But I think you made the right move, having a journal for your diet is an excellent idea. For me, at least, it's so much easier to not eat when I can look at the words and see how much I've eaten already.
Just a question, what exercise cycle are you going to do?
