Well, I made it to the second week of the Anxiety Management Group. I found it hard to really get involved, but did speak a little. I have this big conflict going on in my mind. Just a thought ... if you've not done any anxiety-prompting things during the week, maybe list the things you *might* have done if the prospect wouldn't have made you anxious? Remember that you've been anxious long enough to automatically, almost unconciously, avoid the things that might bring it on.
