I turned in the application for the condominium place yesterday. I can't wait to hear we're approved! The landlord said he sees no reason for a problem. I think the biggest part about it is the background check anyways, and we all know I'm a perfect angel =). Haha. My mom is arranging a "house-warming party." I think it will be on August 30th
