[Toushirou and Momo were conspiring together, she was sure of it. This whole awkward 'I accidentally murdered you' and 'I have no idea what you're not-talking about thing but why aren't you talking to me' vibe that the two of them had going on was a plot to make her feel old.

She was not old! Of course, by mortal standards she was ancient, but ( Read more... )

[Her captain is out avoiding their apartment today, too. Rangiku might have been better to stay home today because Hitsugaya walks by, blinks, backs up a step, and looks up.

Then raises a brow.

That's awfully close to the edge. Instead of warning her, though, Hitsugaya just watches and waits. How long is this going to last?]

[Have you no confidence, Captain?

She's fine, she's fine, she's totally... rolling on her side.

Oh dear. Now that's very close.]

[... Idiot. She couldn't have decided to start out in the center of the roof, huh? Or napped on the ground? He shakes his head and ultimately decides it's not worth it if she actually drops off the roof and blames him for not warning her.]

Matsumoto.

[Habit has trained her to awaken to her name spoken in that particular tone. Oh no, has she fallen asleep at her desk again?

Matsumoto jerks upright.] I'm a--

[sadly, that motion carries her forward, right off the roof's edge. Do wait to see if she rescues herself?]

[So now that Shino had his clothes and everything, he decided to go out EXPLORING! And then he comes across a large breasted women sleeping on a roof. Wow, really? What the hell kinda place is this?

I bet his silent staring is gonna cause her to instantly awaken right?]

[Nope, try again! After all, large-breasted women have to get used to people staring. And it's not as if there's any hostile intent in that stare, and the sun is so nice and waaarm...]

[Well it's about to become your worst enemy.

Just him turning his head slightly causes the sun to reflect off his sun goggles which sends a beam of the sun light right at your closed eye. It's not intentional of course, but TASTE THE POWA OF THE SUN BEEYOTCH.]

[In her sleep, Matsumoto wrinkles her nose in distaste. Why is it suddenly so much brighter? She turns on her side to get away from the glare, now precariously close to the edge.]

[Aang is still exploring Luceti, and inevitably getting into his own bout of trouble. His curiosity is what often gets the best of him, after all. During one of his explorations... He spot the orange haired woman sleeping.

And far too close to the ledge. He paused, staring. Should he let her sleep...? Or warn her she could roll off at any second?! Let's see!]

[What is this concern about being close to the ledge? She's obviously perfectly fine if people will just let her sleep.

She... just needs... yup, curling up the slightest bit now.]

[He's going to quirk a smile cause she looks like she's comfortable, but it still could be dangerous. Not everyone has air bending or some cool power to keep them from falling off, and he doesn't know her... So.]

[Aang has an idea! Airbending himself to land on top of the roof, he crouched beside Rangiku's shoulder. After a moment he gently shook her shoulder.]

Hey, lady! I don't think it's a good idea to sleep up here--you could fall off or something.

[-1 Points for Aang, probably.]

[Maaaaah, who is shaking her? Have a lazy swat in your general direction - hope it doesn't hit, she's stronger than she looks.]

[Clearly Rangiku just keeps getting woken up and climbing back on the top of buildings to sleep.

Neliel doesn't see her up on the roof, but wandering straight by a Shinigami like that, she can't help but feel her presence. She turns her head to the roof and, after a moment of consideration, hops up.

She doesn't try to rouse the sleeping woman, but instead looks at her for a moment, and then proceeds to imitate her, stretching out and lying down a bit closer to the center. Yes, there are now two women lying flat on top of the roof, sunning themselves.]

[You'd think she'd learn and go find someplace less public.

Even in her sleep it's impossible not to notice Neliel's reiatsu, so innately foreign to her own as it is. It rouses her slowly, like some sort of loud noise outside but with no present threat.

Rangiku opens one eye, glances at the other woman for a tense moment, and then closes her eye again, letting out a satisfied sigh.

She lets the moments pass in relaxed silence for a while, but she's certain that the Third will have noticed the change - and after a while she speaks.]

Nice day for a nap.

[Too much work.

Neliel doesn't immediately respond either to Rangiku waking up or to her statement. This is just as comfy as it looked and she just wants to indulge a bit.

But it would be rude not to answer.]

It's warm, and not too windy. [She cracks open an eye and grins a little.] So I guess you don't have to worry about being blown off the roof.

Maaa. It would have to be some wind. [She smiles at her.] Peaceful up here.
