Running, running, running

I'm getting my butt back on the running bandwagon. Tonight was run #2. I'm not starting over from scratch since I'm still more conditioned than before I started, but I have been working to feel out where exactly I should be picking up. Things are definitely different for me when it comes to the food front, but it's taken like... a year? to actually get to this point where I can have a few bites of something and feel satisfied or order a kid's meal and be full enough to make it to the next meal time. The brain is still working to catch-up though. Every once in awhile I'll order something huge at a restaurant with the intent of eating every last bit of it and I will, but then I'll sit there afterward and realize I would have been just as happy splitting it over the course of two meals or one big meal and a snack or something.

I have problems with food tasting too good. I'll be full and my brain will be telling me stop stop...STOP! But I'll keep eating because it's oh so yummy. X3

I do that too. lol I just usually have less food on my plate when I do it. I measure out my portion and add in the points for it to the daily total and I'll get full before the food's gone, but since I already "spent" my points for it I say to hell with fullness and keep eating.
