I think Kent might have to go gluten-free. Not a very fun development. :(

I'm hoping that we're not at fullblown celiac and that maybe it's just something he'll have to have in moderation from now on.

And I think McDonald's has changed in the past few years. One of my little sisters is gluten free, and McD's is one of the few places she can eat with no issue.
