A quick vignette in honor of Mercutio and Benvolio. It's a re-imagining of the scene where they are looking for Romeo, but he's gone off to the balcony scene. It goes on a little longer, and is much slashier of course. Also, you'll have to assume that they saw him kissing Juliet at the party, because it's the only way their lack of surprise

In general, I thought the language worked well. It's just enough to give the story a distinct Shakespearean flavor, but not enough to overwhelm it and send one running for the modernist hills.
