If you would like the free FMA folder then it would be over 100g (60g book + 30g folder + 30g envelope & bubble wrap = 120g)... Otherwise yes, it would be right under 100g if you are okay with no cardboard. Just note that with only one doujinshi in a regular envelope it may get easily bent by the postman...
