Thank you. I do want Angel to get his Shanshu, and with Buffy as the slayer still, why not have him more than human.

Beautiful! I loved the way you made one action-packed scene into a pivotal shift in Buffy and Angel's relationship. And Uriel was lovely; I wanted to shake his hand when he told Angel not to diminish the sacrifice of his friends.

Thanks for that AN too; it was nice to read up on the angelology with the Wikipedia passage.

I'm glad you like Uriel, I do too, and I couldn't resist writing about angels and putting Angel in the mix. I think he deserves much more than all the pain and despair he seems destined for.

Oh, I always comment on friends' IWRY stories, even if it takes me a while to get there (and lately it's been taking even longer - suppose this comment itself illustrates that point).
