Their last conversation is not much of a conversation. Just before C3-PO starts telling the chief of the locals how they ended up on their planet, Luke tells Han that he'll be leaving soon, something about Vader & destiny.
Han doesn't pay attention to the explanation, he just stares in disbelief at the man who has become his best friend.
Luke looks like he wants to say more, but only adds: "Take care of yourself. Take care of her." Before turning and walking away.
